Job summary

TaylorMade Golf Company is seeking a Specialist Customer Service to be the frontline for wholesale and e-commerce inquiries, answering questions, processing orders, and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat.

You will use Salesforce and Dynamics, collaborate across teams, and aim for First Call Resolution while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service. This is a 6-month temp position in Carlsbad, CA with base pay of $21.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Golf industry knowledge preferred.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Active listening and customer service orientation required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work across teams and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions and identify service needs via calls, emails, and chats.
• Input orders, initiate warranty/repairs, credits/returns as needed.
• Use Salesforce and Dynamics to manage orders and customer interactions.
• Strive for First Call Resolution with critical thinking and resources.
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve issues and improve processes.
