Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple high-impact L&D programs, overseeing end-to-end implementation, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee facilitation strategy and program execution across onboarding, upskilling, and leadership development.
• Partner with instructional design to ensure high-quality content and engaging delivery.
• Drive operational efficiency by identifying and addressing program workflow challenges.
