FreedomCare LLC is seeking a Learning Specialist to deliver engaging training for our People & Culture team. You will facilitate onboarding, leadership development, and ongoing upskilling programs across the organization.

Responsibilities include content development, coaching, and measuring training effectiveness to drive behavior change and align with company goals. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional leaders and staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Three years of training experience required.
• Experience delivering both virtual and in-person training.
• Healthcare industry experience is highly desirable.
• Experience creating multimedia training materials (PowerPoint, job aids).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate New Hire, Professional, and Leadership Development programs.
• Design and iterate training content to ensure continuous improvement.
• Deliver coaching and feedback with individualized support plans.
• Develop and refine training materials to align with business needs and evidence-based learning.
• Measure training effectiveness using assessments and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align training with business objectives.
• Provide hands-on reinforcement through evaluations, shadowing, and one-on-one coaching.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging training tools.
