Job summary

Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company in Columbus, OH offers a 12-week summer internship in the Personal Lines Customer Experience (CX) team. Interns analyze customer and agent feedback, build Power BI dashboards, and support CX reporting while gaining exposure to Voice of the Customer programs and leadership development.

interns will collaborate with CX leaders, engage in research, and contribute to improvements across customer experiences and business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Sophomore or junior year preferred.
• Involvement in student organizations or internships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize, categorize, and analyze customer and agent feedback.
• Identify themes, sentiment trends, and customer needs.
• Develop reusable repository of feedback.
• Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Create visualizations to show trends and insights for stakeholders.
• Support automation of CX reporting and data prep.
• Research customer experience trends and Gen Z behavior.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and team sessions.
