Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a PL Customer Experience Insights Intern to organize and analyze customer and agent feedback. You will build Power BI dashboards, identify trends, and help translate data into actionable insights for improving the customer journey.

The 12-week internship provides professional development, networking, and exposure to leaders within a Fortune 100 insurer. Candidates pursuing a relevant bachelor’s degree may participate and gain hands-on experience in customer experience

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Completion of sophomore or junior year preferred.
• Involvement in student organizations, leadership activities, internships or relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize, categorize, and analyze customer/agent feedback from multiple sources.
• Identify themes, pain points, needs and sentiment trends.
• Help develop a reusable repository of feedback data.
• Build and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and tools for insights.
• Collaborate with CX leaders to translate data into actionable insights.
