Job summary

WoodmenLife is offering a 10‑week Summer Internship for a Customer Experience Intern in Omaha, Nebraska. You will gain hands‑on exposure to customer insights, journey mapping, and process improvement while partnering with teams across the organization to enhance service and satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, data analysis, and the use of AI tools to streamline workflows. A hybrid, supportive environment with mentorship is provided.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with a 3.0+ GPA.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to present data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Engage in internship cohort activities and leadership opportunities.
• Summarize and present capstone project highlights and learnings.
• Assist with journey maps for customers and agents; document current and future state processes.
• Analyze customer feedback, survey results, and Voice of Customer data.
• Develop and deliver presentations to diverse audiences.
• Support project management activities including logs, plans, and tracking.
• Research customer experience best practices and industry trends.
• Assist with dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports.
• Identify trends to improve customer and agent experiences.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and other teams.
• Demonstrate responsible use of AI, bias mitigation, and data privacy.
