Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a PL Customer Experience Insights Intern to support the Personal Lines organization in Columbus, OH. Over a 12-week internship, you will organize and analyze customer and agent feedback and contribute to building data-driven insights.

You will gain hands-on experience with Voice of the Customer programs, journey insights, and Power BI dashboards, while collaborating with CX leaders and mentors to develop practical recommendations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Completion of sophomore or junior year preferred.
• Involvement in student organizations or internships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize, categorize, and analyze customer feedback from multiple sources.
• Identify themes, pain points, and sentiment trends in verbatims.
• Develop and maintain a reusable repository of feedback.
• Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Create visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Support automation of CX reporting and data prep.
• Collaborate with CX leaders to translate data into recommendations.
• Participate in team sessions and stakeholder meetings.
