Job summary

Airgas is looking for a Supervisor, Customer Experience - Collections in Tulsa, OK. The role focuses on guiding a team of CX Representatives and Specialists to drive a customer-centric, value-driven collections function.

Responsibilities include planning to meet AR goals, coordinating credit sign-offs, and supporting management with performance reporting. The position emphasizes collaboration with regional leaders and a strong emphasis on communication and coaching.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Foundational Excel skills
• Comfortable navigating Google Workspace
• Proficiency with SAP and/or ERP systems
• Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace
• Ability to navigate multiple priorities
• Commercial collections experience a plus
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and mentorship to CX Representatives and Specialists.
• Develop and implement plans to achieve divisional AR goals and provide reports to Management.
• Coordinate credit sign-offs and support account reviews for compliance.
• Optimize cash collections and manage the AR portfolio.
• Build relationships with AVPs, DMs, Account Managers and Branch Managers.
• Support Division with master data, pricing, taxes and related CX activities.
