Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Partner Solutions Engineer with strong CX and Contact Center experience to help partners grow their Zoom CX practice and deliver modern, AI-first customer engagement solutions. You will work with channel partners across North America to enable, position, and expand Zoom Customer Experience solutions, acting as a trusted technical advisor linking business needs to practical designs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solution engineering or related CX/channel experience.
• Knowledge of CX technologies, CCaaS, analytics, AI, and workflows.
• Experience with channel partners on enablement and strategy.
• Ability to position CX solutions with communications/AI platforms.
• Understanding AI-driven trends shaping CX/CCaaS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a pre-sales technical advisor to channel partners across North America, focusing on CX and CCaaS.
• Build relationships with partner pre-sales teams, architects, practice leaders, and key stakeholders.
• Lead technical onboarding and enablement for partners building Zoom CX capabilities.
• Deliver workshops, training, demos, and ongoing enablement aligned to partner growth.
• Work with priority partners to build and execute technical plans that grow adoption and solution readiness.
• Translate partner business goals and technical requirements into scalable solution designs and architectures.
• Help partners position AI as a core part of modern CX transformation, including self-service, agent assist, analytics, automation.
• Maintain working knowledge of adjacent Zoom portfolio areas, including voice, AI, and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share field feedback and improve partner readiness.
• Understand and communicate security, compliance, and regulatory considerations within CX environments.
