Unbridled in Denver is seeking an Event Technology support specialist to build and manage registration websites and event content for virtual, hybrid, and in-person events. You will travel onsite to assist with live events, badge printing, and attendee engagement, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless experiences.

The role requires 3+ years in event technology, strong proficiency with Cvent/Swoogo/Bizzabo-like tools, Excel mastery, and a collaborative mindset to meet tight

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in a professional office environment with exposure to meeting and event technology.
• Proficient in full registration website or virtual event buildout.
• Comfortable exploring and learning new technologies and working in a variety of databases.
• Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook with an emphasis on Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, be flexible & meet strict deadlines.
• Familiarity with mail merges, pivot tables, and Excel formulas.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to make suggestions based on clients/events needs.
• Strong hospitality and people skills with an eagerness to interact with clients and attendees.
• Superior proofreading skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage event registration websites, forms, and content across virtual, hybrid, and in-person events using platforms like Cvent and WordPress.
• Oversee multiple projects at once, balancing timelines and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel onsite to support live events, managing registration, mobile apps, engagement tools, and badge printing technology.
• Organize and consolidate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and accessibility for internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with clients to select and implement engagement tools that align with their event goals and enhance the attendee experience.
• Proof and review content across websites, emails, and reports to ensure consistency and quality.
• Support cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive, solutions-oriented work environment.
