Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Preferred: Associate's degree or post-secondary education.
• CCS designation: Working toward or completed is required for advancement.
• Demonstrates strong analytical, communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical training programs for staff in the National Service Center and regional centers.
• Deliver technical training to employees, including new hires.
