Livingston is seeking a Trainer to deliver and implement technical skills training focused on customs brokerage for staff primarily in the National Service Center and Client Service Centers across various regions. You will collaborate with business leaders, design programs, and evaluate effectiveness to drive performance.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience.
• Preferred: Associates Degree or post-secondary education.
• Knowledge of Livingston's brokerage operations (e.g., Custom Specialist, Release Customs Analyst).
• CCS certification progression is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Determine training needs with business leaders.
• Use business metrics to identify regional training needs.
• Design and develop technical training programs and job aids.
• Deliver technical training to National Service Center and regional staff, including new hires.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and report results to management.
