Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a Trainer to design and deliver customs brokerage training for staff across National Service Center and regional teams. The role emphasizes developing technical skills, assessing learning needs, and delivering impactful instruction to improve performance.

You will work with business leaders to tailor training, evaluate outcomes, and create effective learning materials while upholding Livingston's standards and policies.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience
• Preferred: Associates Degree or post-secondary education
• Working towards or completion of CCS designation with CSCB or NCBFAA is a requirement, if not already obtained
• CCS exam completion is mandatory for advancement
• Strong knowledge of customs brokerage operations and systems
• Excellent communication and training delivery skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training programs to staff including new hires
• Assess training needs and design programs accordingly
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements
• Develop job aids and materials for National Service Center and regional staff
• Collaborate with business leaders to determine regional training requirements
• Adhere to policies and procedures and support continuous learning
