• Coordinate documentation required by US Customs for entry of goods.
• Provide impeccable customer service and accurate data entry.
• Classify goods for customs release using databases, SOPs, and tariff books.
• Process agency brokerage shipments and may handle remote filings.
• Maintain and file shipment documentation per record-keeping rules.
