INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Customs Entry Writer in Miami to prepare and file customs entries and manage import documentation. You will review invoices, packing lists, and arrival notices to verify origin and pricing, then input data into EDI-Trade based on ETA to ensure shipments clear customs smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in customs entry filing, strong data-entry speed, and knowledge of CBP rules, HTS classification, and international shipping terms.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience with customs entry filing.
• Proven data entry experience with high speed and accuracy.
• Strong working knowledge of CBP requirements, HTS classification, duty rates, and international shipping terms.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with EDI-Trade software is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and file customs entries and manage import documentation.
• Resolve issues with CBP and act as backup for PO documentation management.
• Review invoices, packing lists, and arrival notices for origin, pricing, and trade provisions.
• Input data into EDI-Trade based on ETA to ensure smooth customs clearance.
