CEVA Logistics in Miami, FL is seeking a Customs Entry Specialist for a permanent full-time role within a shared services center. You will process customs entries, ensure compliance with US regulations, and coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues efficiently.

The role requires 2-5 years of experience, a CHB license is a plus, and strong English skills. We offer a dynamic work environment within a leading global logistics provider.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of processing customs entries.
• CHB License is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and oral.

Responsabilités

• Receives import files to clear through Customs.
• Ensure import clearance files are compliant with US Customs regulations.
• Resolve and communicate clearance issues with internal team and customers.
• Prioritize shipments based on ETA or other factors.
• Process customs bonds as needed.
• Process steel licenses as needed.
• Communicate entry release.
• Ensure each file is invoiced correctly.
• Help identify areas that need improvement.
• Assist with new customer implementation.
• Stay up to date with current US Customs regulations.
