Qualifications

• Proficiency with CargoWise or similar brokerage systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication, detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts and provide timely updates to clients.
• Build effective working relationships with clients through professional communication and service.
• Address routine inquiries and elevate complex issues as appropriate.
• Process customs entries accurately and timely in accordance with client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Review and validate shipment documentation, including invoices and packing lists.
• Ensure compliance with CBP regulations, SOPs, and internal procedures.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and support workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and regulatory agencies to resolve challenges.
• Identify risks and take corrective action, escalating non-routine issues as needed.
