Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts with timely updates and responsive support.
Build relationships with clients through professional communication and service.
Address routine inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
Process customs entries accurately and timely per client requirements and regulations.
Review and validate shipment documentation including invoices and packing lists.
Ensure compliance with CBP regulations, SOPs, and internal procedures.
Maintain accurate shipment records and support workflow efficiency.
Identify and resolve routine processing issues and documentation discrepancies.
