You will collaborate with Trade Compliance and cross-functional teams, support retention efforts, and drive process improvements while ensuring accurate documentation and timely reports.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all classification instructions for all shipments for all customers.
• Monitor duty deferment usage and levels.
• Monitor license/visa applications.
• Ensure all new business is transitioned correctly.
• Make 2 F2F calls per week – Retention/Sales.
• Maintain relationships with the Trade Compliance Manager and support trainings.
• Promote productivity tools and Expo customs workflows.
• Audit files in accordance to AEO.
• Follow up refunds with customs authorities.
• Manage customs system.
• Send client report requests through the available database.
• Provide content for customer reviews – duty/vat.
• Be open to implementing new system changes.
• Review and conduct staff appraisals and one-to-one meetings timely.
• Assist supervisor and key staff with goal setting and development.
