The supervisor will lead a ~30 person team with two direct reports, hire, coach, train and develop staff, and drive policy adherence, performance, and cost-effective operations.

Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of quality, productivity, budgeting and cost control.

• Manages and coordinates customs clearance activities in a broker environment.
• Ensures compliance with federal and foreign regulations for shipments.

• Meets KPIs for a product line.
• Supervises ~30 staff with two direct reports; hires, coaches, trains and develops staff.
• Assigns work, sets deadlines, reviews performance and enforces policies.
