Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience.
• Preferred: Associates Degree or post-secondary education.
• CSCB or NCBFAA CCS designation in progress or completed is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customs brokerage training to National Service Center and regional staff.
• Design and develop technical training programs and job aids.
• Assess training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.
• Work with business leaders to determine regional training needs.
• Adhere to policies and procedures and collaborate with management.
