Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a Trainer to deliver and implement customs brokerage training for staff mainly at National Service Center and regional centers. You will determine training needs with business leaders, design programs, and measure outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration, public speaking, and high technical proficiency in brokerage systems. 3 years of related experience is required; an Associates Degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience in customs brokerage or related field.
• Preferred: Associates Degree or post-secondary education.
• Working towards/or successful completion of CCS designation is required if not already obtained.
• Successful CCS examination completion is mandatory for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Delivery and implementation of technical skills and knowledge in customs brokerage training.
• Identify regional training needs with business leaders and measure effectiveness.
• Design, develop and deliver training programs and job aids to staff.
• Evaluate training impact and adjust as needed, including new hires at National Service Center.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures and collaborate with management.
