Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a Trainer to deliver and implement technical skills in customs brokerage training for staff in National Service Center and Client Service Centers across North America.

You will determine training needs with business leaders, design programs, and evaluate effectiveness while assisting with regional deployment and maintaining policy adherence. This role emphasizes collaboration, a fast-paced environment, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience
• Preferred: Associates Degree or post-secondary education
• Working towards/or completion of CCS designation with CSCB or NCBFAA is a requirement, if not already obtained.
• Successful completion of the CCS examination is mandatory for advancement

Responsibilities

• Work with business leaders to determine training needs.
• Proactively use business metrics to determine training needs for their region.
• Assist with the design and development of technical training programs and job aids.
• Deliver technical training programs to National Service Center and region employees including new hires.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the training delivered and report back with findings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures.
