CEVA Logistics in Des Plaines, IL is seeking an Ocean Export Specialist III to coordinate customer shipments across our Ocean Freight division. You will manage documentation, ensure timely processing, and provide updates to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Understand units of measure, currency, weights, volumes, and distances.
• PC literate with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Accurate typing and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide entry to advanced level support regarding operations and customer questions.
• Manage pre-alerts daily to track freight and ensure timely document receipt.
• Process documents in the system to meet deadlines and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with carriers and CEVA systems for updates and timely transactions.
• Ensure invoicing and costing of services are completed per policy and timelines.
• Follow up with internal teams to resolve issues and expedite shipments.
