SEKO Logistics in Mount Prospect, IL is seeking a reliable Customs Brokerage Specialist to oversee inbound shipments, prepare CBP entries, and ensure accurate documentation for timely releases.

The role requires 3–5 years of customs brokerage experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. The base salary ranges from $25 to $36 per hour, with an annual incentive bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of prior customs brokerage experience.
• Customs Broker License preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and data-entry at ~45 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track inbound shipments and prepare CBP entries.
• Review commercial documentation for accuracy and release goods timely.
• Coordinate CBP/PGA releases, holds, and examinations.
• Prepare invoicing and transmit entries electronically.
• Respond to internal/external inquiries promptly.
