Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to customs brokerage and international shipments.
• Track shipments, provide updates, and resolve delays.
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokerage teams.
• Prepare and maintain import/export and shipping documentation.
• Support customs clearance, freight quotes, and shipment processing.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely customer communication.
