MOHR Talent is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Customs Brokerage in Carol Stream, IL. You will handle inquiries related to customs brokerage, import/export operations, and international shipments, delivering timely updates and problem-solving support.

Focus is on coordination with carriers and freight forwarders, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth customs clearance and accurate record-keeping while delivering excellent customer service.

Competenze

• Customs brokerage experience preferred.
• Experience with import/export and freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of U.S. Customs procedures and shipping documentation.
• Familiarity with ocean, air, or ground freight operations.
• Experience with logistics software or customs brokerage systems preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.

We're partnering with an established customs brokerage and international logistics company that is hiring a Customs Brokerage Representative to support customers, shipments, and daily freight operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone experienced in customs brokerage, import/export operations, and freight forwarding who enjoys customer interaction, problem-solving, and keeping international shipments moving efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage customer inquiries related to customs brokerage and international shipments
• Track shipments, provide updates, and resolve delays
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokerage teams
• Prepare and maintain import/export and shipping documentation
• Support customs clearance, freight quotes, and shipment processing
