FedEx Logistics in Irving, TX is seeking an entry-level Brokerage Support Associate to assist with CBP and PGA documentation, entry processing, and exception resolution.

You will work with Account Administrators, support billing and workload coordination, and maintain strong relationships with customer front-line personnel during hybrid shifts.

Paid training is provided, and a HS diploma or GED along with relevant experience is required.

Competenze

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 12 months of brokerage or transportation experience and/or customer service experience required.
• Required - MS Office, Outlook, Office equipment.
• Interact with customers, internal staff/departments and management at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Mansioni

• Engage with FedEx Trade Networks customers to facilitate entry processing.
• Prepare, analyze, and/or submit documentation to CBP and PGAs.
• Develop and maintain a strong relationship with customer's front-line personnel.
• Support Account Administrators with account management activities (exception logs, special spreadsheets).
• Produce operational trend reports and keep business partners apprised of the exception process.
• Coordinate post-entry activities on the customer's behalf and manage the entry verification process.
• Sort and assign department workload and access clients systems as necessary.
• Communicate with business partners via written, phone, or e-mail.
