Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking an entry-level Logistics Administrator in Irving, TX to support customs documentation, brokerage coordination, and client communication. You will interact with multiple internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time release and movement of freight, while maintaining accuracy of data and compliance with regulations.

The role requires a HS Diploma or GED and at least 12 months in brokerage/transportation or customer service.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 12 months of brokerage or transportation experience required.
• MS Office and Outlook experience required.
• Knowledge of HTS classification and U.S. customs regulations and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Prepare, analyze, and submit documentation to customs, agents, and clients to ensure compliance.
• Resolve issues delaying timely release or movement of freight.
• Maintain relationships with brokers and service providers to meet customer service standards.
• Resolve banking and letter of credit problems and advise on payment terms.
