Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Entry Specialist to assist with customs processing and documentation for CBP and Partner Government Agencies. This role involves pre-arrival and post-arrival exception resolution, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining client relationships in a hybrid work setting near Irving, TX.

You will need an HS diploma or GED and about 1 year of brokerage, transportation, or customer service experience, plus proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 12 months of brokerage or transportation experience and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook; able to use office equipment (phone, fax, copier, printer, scanner).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate entry processing and pre/post arrival exception resolution.
• Prepare, analyze, and submit documentation to CBP and PGAs.
• Maintain relationships with customers' front-line personnel and support account admins with workload and reporting.
• Research and resolve customer billing issues and coordinate post-entry activities.
• Maintain knowledge of FedEx products and services and perform other duties as assigned.
