FedEx Logistics is seeking an Import Documentation Coordinator to manage documentation for US Customs entries on behalf of importers. You will coordinate classification, perform data entry, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will interact with customers, carriers, brokers, and internal teams, handling high volumes and time-sensitive work. Paid training is provided, with a schedule including potential evening hours.

Qualifikationen

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• No industry experience required.
• Minimum of 6 months work experience preferred.
• Data entry/keyboard experience required.
• MS Office, Outlook, Office equipment (phone, fax, photocopier, printer, scanner) required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills.

• Ability to handle high volume and time-sensitive work.

• Coordinate documentation required by US Customs/Government Agencies for entry of goods.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Obtain correct classification of goods for customs release from various sources.
• Data entry and processing of import-related documents for submission to US Customs.
• Maintain current shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements.
• Adhere to importing/exporting regulations.
• Work with internal staff, carriers, brokers, and customers to deliver high service levels.
• Process agency brokerage shipments.
• May handle remote filings.
• Ensure all policies are followed.
