Job summary

Carvana is seeking Customer Advocates to deliver happiness in the car-buying journey. We require at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and English proficiency.

The role features a shift from 11am to 9pm, with a seven-day-a-week schedule and a starting pay of $18 per hour, progressing to $20 per hour with performance-based increases. In this role you will deliver vehicles to customers, handle loading/unloading on the hauler, complete paperwork, and maintain safety on the job.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors, with training provided.
• Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain notes in the tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per policy.
