Job summary

Carvana is seeking enthusiastic Customer Advocates to join our team in roles that deliver happiness to customers and involve hands-on vehicle hauler duties. The position requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with English literacy a must.

Shifts run 11am–9pm, seven days a week with rotating days off. Starting pay is $19/hr with progression to $21/hr, plus performance-based growth and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors with our car haulers; training provided.
• Frequent load/unload of vehicles onto the hauler and inspect vehicle safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and record notes in our tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana policies.
