Job summary

Carvana is seeking Customer Advocates in the United States to deliver happiness to customers and support the car-buying experience. The role includes driving a car hauler, loading vehicles, and handling customer paperwork, with 11am-9pm shifts and 7-day availability.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks such as loading/unloading vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors with training provided.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the vehicle for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and update the tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record as per policy.
