Job summary

CoLab is seeking a Customer Value Manager to lead adoption and value realization for our largest global customers. You will understand customer engineering workflows, build tailored value plans, and coordinate with Sales and technical teams to drive measurable outcomes that align with executives’ goals.

You will train and coach customer teams, manage adoption milestones, and regularly report on value delivery and usage metrics.

Qualifications

• Background in engineering or direct engagement with engineers.
• Proven ability to lead adoption and value realization for complex customers.
• Experience translating technical workflows into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the Customer Value Plan aligning with customer goals and value metrics.
• Consult on engineering workflows, drive adoption, and coordinate with CoLab experts.
• Lead executive engagement, deliver quarterly reviews, and quantify business impact.
