Job summary

CoLab is seeking a Customer Value Manager to lead adoption and maximize value for our global customers. You will own the Customer Value Plan, understand customer objectives, and align CoLab capabilities with engineering workflows to deliver measurable improvements.

In this role, you will train engineers and stakeholders, collaborate with Sales on account strategy, and work with CoLab's technical experts to ensure sustained adoption.

Qualifications

• A background in engineering or past experience directly engaging with engineers is required.

Responsibilities

• Customer strategy and value plan: research customers, define readiness, baseline value metrics, and tailor onboarding. Own the value plan and manage timelines and milestones.
• Engineering workflow and adoption: become a power user of CoLab, guide customers on design, review, and release workflows, and drive deep adoption and expanding use cases.
• Value and executive engagement: analyze usage against goals, prepare quarterly partnership reviews, and quantify business impact for executives.
