Job summary

CoLab is seeking a Customer Value Manager to lead adoption and value realization for our largest engineering customers. You will understand client workflows, tailor value plans, and coordinate with Sales, Product, and CS to drive measurable outcomes.

You will enable engineers and executives alike, ensuring adoption at scale, reducing rework, and delivering quarterly business impact. This role requires travel to on‑site customer locations and periodic team gatherings.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent hands-on engineering experience.
• Experience transforming enterprise customers and driving value realization.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high‑ACV SaaS relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer strategy and value plan for flagship accounts.
• Lead adoption, change management, and alignment of engineering workflows.
• Engage executives and partners across Sales, CS, and Product.
• Own renewals, forecast revenue, and coordinate multi‑thread expansion.
