Job summary

Harvey Nash USA is seeking a Customer Training Specialist to deliver training and education to customers using Zoom, Teams, and Adobe Connect.

Based in O'Fallon, MO with a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in the office), you will create, update, and maintain training materials, coordinate onboarding, and drive engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to reflect current product capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer training, learning and development, or training program coordination.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and training delivery skills.
• Experience conducting virtual training sessions or webinars.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer training sessions and product education through virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams, Adobe Connect).
• Present and facilitate engaging learning experiences for audiences of varying sizes and technical expertise.
• Coordinate training programs, customer onboarding, scheduling, communications, and session logistics.
• Manage daily Academy operations, including monitoring team mailboxes, setting up user access, responding to requests, and resolving learning-related issues.
• Create, update, and maintain training materials, presentations, guides, and customer-facing documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and improve learning experiences.
• Ensure training content is accurate, accessible, engaging, and aligned with current product capabilities.
