Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a Talent Specialist in Houston to design and develop training materials, including eLearning courses, videos, QRGs, and job aids. You will partner with SMEs and cross-functional teams to translate needs into practical learning resources that employees can easily use on the job.

The role emphasizes content creation, multimedia tools, and taking a training project from concept through final production in a hybrid work environment with in-office days.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing eLearning and digital training materials.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Captivate, or similar.
• Experience creating or editing training videos and multimedia content.
• Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear learning resources.
• Strong writing, editing, and content organization skills.
• Experience working with SMEs to gather information for learning content.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging training materials including eLearning courses, videos, QRGs, job aids, presentations, and other digital resources.
• Build interactive, self-paced learning experiences using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, or Captivate.
• Create and edit instructional videos, screen recordings, and other multimedia content.
• Apply instructional design principles to simplify complex information into clear learning experiences.
• Develop training documentation such as guides, FAQs, and references for on-the-job use.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate processes into effective learning content.
• Identify learning needs and recommend appropriate solutions (course, video, QRG, or job aid).
• Maintain and update existing training materials as needs change.
• Support LMS setup, organization, and access to learning resources.
• Gather feedback and analyze learning data to improve content and learner experience.
• Support broader Talent and HR initiatives requiring learning content and communications.
