Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a hands-on operations leader to coordinate daily activities, ensure safe and efficient work, and uphold safety, quality, and environmental standards across the team.

You will guide, train, and support employees to meet performance goals while collaborating with supervisors to raise productivity and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced setting.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
