C & B Operations, LLC, a long-standing Deere dealership, seeks a on-site Support Center representative in Billings, MT. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails to assist customers with product and service questions and issues.

The role emphasizes timely solutions, continuous training, and opportunities for growth within the company, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communications skills
• Ability to use computer software such as Microsoft Office Suites, business systems, and internet applications
• Flexibility to travel to stores when required
• High school diploma or related required
• Related technical degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide effective solutions to customer needs via telephone, e-mail and other methods
• Accurately diagnose problems with hardware and software on dealership products and provide solutions
• Serve as internal resource to assist dealership employees in providing timely information
• Ensure customer interactions result in effective and timely solutions
• Make outgoing calls to support department initiatives
• Participate in ongoing training to develop technical knowledge
• Develop and deliver training to customers and employees during off-season periods
• Meet contact center metrics such as calls and problem resolution
• Follow Case Management requirements
