C & B Operations, LLC is seeking a Customer Support Center Representative for our Billings, MT location. The role focuses on handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts to boost customer satisfaction across C & B dealerships.

You will diagnose product issues, provide timely solutions, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to department initiatives while meeting call metrics in a drug-free, equal opportunity workplace.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and business systems; internet applications experience.
• Willingness to travel to stores when required.
• Strong problem-solving abilities using available resources.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Agricultural industry knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; related technical degree preferred.
• Ability to meet physical demands and duration of exertion for job tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective solutions to customer needs via telephone, email, and other communication methods.
• Diagnose problems with products and provide timely, accurate solutions.
• Serve as an internal resource for dealership staff to assist customers.
• Ensure customer interactions result in timely, effective solutions.
• Make outbound calls to support dealership initiatives (Sales, Parts, Service, Integrated Solutions).
• Participate in ongoing training to develop technical knowledge and skills.
• Develop and deliver training to customers and employees during off-season periods.
• Meet contact center metrics (number of calls, problem resolution, etc.).
• Follow Case Management requirements (problem/resolution).
