Kelly is seeking a dependable, organized Customer Service Representative in East Windsor, CT. You will maintain direct contact with customers, support the sales team, assist multiple departments, and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient account management and effective communication.

This role offers a 1st shift schedule (7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM), starting pay of $20/hour, and rotating Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service experience in a structured, people-facing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage paperwork efficiently
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Maintain direct communication with customers, addressing their needs promptly and professionally
• Support the sales team by developing and nurturing strong client relationships
• Assist various company departments as needed
• Perform account management functions to resolve customer inquiries and issues
• Improve customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction measures are met
• Understand and comply with regulatory requirements, developing processes to enhance efficiency
• Organize and maintain customer documents and files accurately
