Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Farmington, CT, for a premier manufacturing client. The role is full-time with a hybrid schedule (3 onsite / 2 remote) and a pay rate of $20.00 per hour, with weekly pay.

You will manage a high volume of calls and emails, process orders, provide accurate information, and use CRM tools to ensure customer satisfaction while supporting the spare parts process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of prior customer service experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and diplomacy.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP or other CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professionalism with clients and establish rapport with internal and external customers.
• Process a high volume of calls and emails.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Enter quotes and orders accurately and promptly.
• Review purchase orders for accuracy and request updates as needed.
• Create cases based on customer information in a timely manner.
• Handle payment processing and place orders for spare parts.
• Resolve issues and anticipate next steps in the spare parts process.
• Use CRM tools to process requests efficiently.
