Staffmark Group in East Windsor, NJ is hiring a Customer Service Representative to assist customers, resolve inquiries, and process orders with a focus on accurate data entry and friendly communication.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule 8 AM–5 PM, pay rate $18.50 per hour, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan. Prior call center experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong computer, data entry, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and support before and after sales.
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and product requests via phone and email.
• Process customer orders, provide pricing information, and coordinate order fulfillment.
• Assist with product purchasing, shipping methods, routing, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor shipments and proactively communicate shipping updates or delays.
• Contact customers regarding contract cancellations and identify resolution opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales orders, invoicing records, and customer account information.
• Develop product knowledge and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes.
