Custom Building Products is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Logan Township, NJ. You will manage high-volume calls and emails about orders, pricing, and product information, and perform order-entry tasks across multiple channels.

Competenze

• Minimum two years’ experience in a call center or similar high-volume environment.
• Able to handle difficult customers with professional listening and fact-finding.
