Custom Building Products seeks a Customer Service Representative in Logan Township, NJ. You will manage high-volume calls and emails, enter orders, and coordinate with manufacturing and logistics to ensure timely shipping and product availability.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a customer-service role, excellent typing skills, and strong communication. A high school diploma is required; some college is a plus. Comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement are provided.

Competenze

Minimum two years’ experience in an ACD-equipped call center preferred.
Customer-service training in handling difficult customers and problem-solving is required.
Strong organizational skills and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute is required.
Effective oral and written communications, good math skills, and professional demeanor are essential.
