The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while using AS400 and Microsoft Office tools to manage orders, pricing, and inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3–6 years related experience.
• Articulate email, fax and verbal communication clearly.
• Read, analyze and interpret business materials.
• Write reports and business correspondence; present information clearly.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Answer Customer Questions via Email and Phones.
• Handle increased volume of customer care emails and phone calls.
• Provide product information and pricing.
• Process credits, returns, and factory charge backs.
• Process orders, track shipments and resolve inquiries.
