Responsibilities

• Serve as contact for incoming calls and visitors; forward inquiries to staff and provide timely information.
• Manage customer complaints from intake to resolution; escalate when needed; log interactions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Support department by documenting warranty information; review CRM records; identify process improvement opportunities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
