ConMet is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle order entry, shipment details, and invoice issue resolution from our Charlotte, NC facility. You will manage calls and emails, provide accurate order information, and maintain strong, empathetic customer relationships in an in-office environment.

Qualifications include 2+ years in customer service/inside sales and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of customer service/inside sales experience.
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Handle a high volume of calls and emails regarding order status, shipment/invoice issues.
• Provide accurate information for order entry, pricing, ship dates, and delays.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships with attentive, professional service.
